Well since I have an excess of poems, I've decided just to dedicate a thread to my poems/short stories. This will be updated when I find old ones on my computer or write new ones. Please comment and tell me what you think.

Another good day.
Another bad night.
I'll trade one bad habit for another
Are you watching?
Sitting next to me,
I know you can see everything.
Why do you ignore it?
It's so obvious.
We're back in this familiar place,
Where death and life collide,
And I'm about to fall off the edge.
No reason to stay,
Yet plenty of reasons to leave.
Won't you watch me as I destroy myself again tonight?

Glistening pearls fall down my cheek
And moisten your once crisp shirt
I cradle your head one last time
Hoping that you'll tell me once more
That everything will be ok
Looking at what I've done
I cringe
I've lost the courage to follow you
Our headline
Was supposed to say
"Romeo and Juliet have died again"
But now
My romeo
I'm sorry I can't.
What's that?
I can hear you right beside me,
Whispering for me to join you.
I lower your head,
Stand,
And look at your forever peaceful face.
I smile my last smile,
Put the gun to my chest,
Take my last breath,
Pull the trigger.
Immortal forever
