1. Starting Contests. Members do not have the power to start contests. Ask the mods about starting one.
2. Entering Contests. This will depend on the type of contest being held. There will usually be a certain form you have to fill out, and then you will PM the form and your contest entry to everybodyLOOSEY, Chieira, or Rose Koneko.
3. Voting. Again, this depends on the type of contest. But in any case, you are only allowed one vote. Non-members are not allowed to vote, and mules are not allowed to vote.
