Well, seeing as we're all Gorillaz fans and we no-doubt have made fools of ourselves over them at least one time in our lives...
(don't deny it... wink )
I thought there should be a thread where we can post these stories.
I was in Best Buy last month, and my mom and I were looking at the CDs and we wandered over to the Rock/RB section... and gues who was staring up at me? The Demon Days album. So here I was, kind of mentally drooling, when I remembered we already had it on iTunes. I began ferreting around for the other albums too, and it took me a while, but I found 'em. So there I was staring at Gorillaz, G-Sides, Laika Come Home, etc. I picked up Gorillaz, and I took it over to my mom and I say "Hey, they have the Gorillaz!"
Mom:"Watcha doing with that CD?"
Me:"Erm... nothing..." Then I slowly put it back on the shelf. There was a Target in the same shopping center, so while my mom drove the car over there, I was gonna walk. But I snuck back into Best Buy to check the price on the Gorillaz album, for next time.
Yeah, thats what I get for not asking for allowance... sweatdrop

We finally bought it! Too bad iTunes doesn't have it... But the CD had all sorts of awsome pictures on it!

1. I bought an $18 Gorillaz shirt at Hottopic
2. I went around yelling/preaching,writing on boards,making flyers,taping papers on the walls, ect. about the Gorillaz being on the Grammys.At least I got people to watch it...though most of them missed the Gorillaz. gonk

Uhh...I'm a fan in a more subtle way. I don't like to appear totally crazy. But, y'know, I'm always whistling 19-2000, I have assorted Gorillaz cell phone rings, I've cosplayed a few times, I do loads of fanart...actually, scratch what I said earlier. I'm crazy. xd

Here is my tale. One day, I walked into civics class just like any other normal day. But then I heard a noise..A very familiar, calming, addicting noise. I peered over at my friend, Holden. Holden was on a laptop computer. On iTunes. Playing DARE. Being the rabid fan I am, I tackled him, took the computer, and turned it up full blast.
And there you have it, kids. Story time. :3

My gorillaz story...Well...I wos wearing my 2D t-shirt, an someone came up t'me an wos like, "How'd you get that drawing of you on your shirt like that?" an I wos like...sweet. That was back when I had my hair dyed blue...a dark blue, mind you, not a flourecent (damn. can't spell.) indigo...
Awright. So...I wos at th'demon days live concert (monday night, bishes) an some...special looking person wif a special looking camera came up, an wos like, "hey, can I take your picture?"
and so he did.
and so my picture was taken.
once I ate 7 crayons in five minutes and twenty three seconds. not gorillaz related, but...

When I was little someone told me the orange ones were cheese flavoured....ehh yeah...they aren't. I once saw a crayon whose color name was 'mac and cheese'. Maybe thats where they got it. xd
