You can not stop this problem. There is so much pressure for people to drink or smoke. You can find comercials, posters, billbords, ect. The real answer is for the individual person to chose not to drink. I am 15 and I haven't smoke or gotten drunk on purpose. That is because I have decided I am not going to do that and that I don't give a damn about what anyone else has to say about it. When it all comes down to no one can really solve this problem we just have to wait until people become moral.

Disruptive tameika teen drinking is very bad, yo but i gotta fake i.d though. :my fave qoute cheese_whine teen drinkin aint that bad u jus gotta noe when its time 2 stop, ay im 14 n i drink n i aint got no damn problems with it, my mama fa sho dont care. i betcha if u name an alcohlolic drinki can tell ya if i drunk it or didnt ay i name some for ya that i did drank: beer (of course) pink vodka (now everybody in da club gettin tipsy lol) vodka n grey goose (whats da diference same s**t 2 me) henessy royal crown(ill b shock if a blk person who dranks aint neva took that s**t) my newest collection of dranks i drunk : that texas oil aka purple syrup aka codine. (its awright its just 2 overratted) patrone n patron (i cant tell da difference between these 2 either)

Anyways... I'm 17.. I've never been drunk, let alone tipsy. Don't get me wrong - I go to parties, but have fun without actin' a damn fool. Many of my friends drink.. but alot of them stopped, so now I'm not the only sober one. I'm sorry - but if you really care about your friends, you won't let them drive drunk. But to be perfectly honest, drunks are so hard-headed. I don't know.. at my school we have only had 1 death in like the past 6 years from drunk driving... I don't know.. I suppose you just have to care enough. Stop being lazy and take your friend home. Find out a way to get their car home later.
As for the school Alive 25... whatever. Wow... That is so... inconsiderate I think. Why simulate something that everyone I'm sure already has a vivid picture of. It's so... condecending I think. Deaths do affect people... they don't need to spend thousands of dollars giving you an even further visual of what could have happened to the ones that died. That bothers me.. I'd hate to have a friend die, and then have to watch a demonstration on it... urgh.
Eh... I mean it's all choices. If you choose to drink and drive, just know that you are chosing to risk your life.. and lives of others. Teens have that stupid mentality that, "Oh it won't happen to me..." I don't know why, but they need to get rid of it...
Chea' I can't convey all of my thoughts right now. stare Why are you talking like you are not a teen yourself. Like you are some wise person whose experinced the world for many years. If you just yell at people like that they will always ignore you as if you a ranting lunatic. Sorry if I sound mean.

And if you picked that up from what I said, then you need to re-read. I never yelled at anyone. Maybe criticized... anyways. My point was you don't need to drink to have fun from my personal experience. And people conciously drink.. then they drive thinking that nothing will happen, and that's the exact opposite. And I'll reiterate this. I didn't yell at anyone. And in real life, I don't yell at my friends that drink. I take the initiative to take them home and adamantly find out how to get them home safely as well as their car. So. If you think I'm a ranting lunatic - you haven't seen anything yet.

I think It was an appropriat way to approch it. Why not? If you feel an issue needs to be approched, approch it. Be it serious, funny, satire, direct or indirect, as long as people get your point.
And as far as teen drinking goes, I'm around it all the time. nothing usually happends. But when/if people end up being raped, mugged, witness a friend die, or get harrassed by the cops because there drunk, they will learn there lesson. They prolly wont stop, But they'll learn there lesson.
