Economy:
Earth country's economy is mainly built on ore, silver and gold mines located in its north western parts in a gigantic group of mountains known as the "Kinzan pass". Every day, hundred, if not thousands of hard working miners dig ever so deeply into the mountains, digging up precious metals from the earth's bowels. It is an incredibly dangerous profession, as the smog, explosive underground air pockets, a good chance of getting lost and the occasional rubbles falling over your head make a miner's average lifespan very short, however for some it worth it- Many miners find veins of gold, silver or ore and become filthy rich on the spot, as long as they can keep the vein for themselves. Over the years, the mining has turned Kinzan pass into an intricate system of tunnels and caves, going all the way down about half a mile underground. Only the eldest of miners know their way around the mines safely enough to wander around without safety precautions, such as marking your way as you go etc.
Another very important part of earth's economy is its metal industry. The hidden village of stone harbors within its street two very important work districts- The blacksmiths' district and the jewelers' district. As the names imply, the districts harbor within them many workshops of blacksmiths and Jewelers who use the ore, gold and silver from the Kinzan pass into weapons and precious jewels. People from all around the world come to stone village to buy the most powerful of weapons and the most beautiful of jewelry in the entire shinobi world. In fact, because of the lucrative business in both precious metals, jewels, iron, and steel, Iwagakure and the Earth Country have become rather lucrative.

Sareki no Shinkan
The SnS is a top-secret group of Stone Chuunins and Jounins. They are given the tough assignments, the ones that few are brave enough and capable enough to accomplish. The group is so secretive that only the SnS captain knows who all of its members are. Sole leadership of the SnS lies in the hands of a single captain and his lieutenant (NPCs). The SnS consists of various teams of two with one of the two being the leader of the small team. The teams will be assigned by one of the captain or his lietenant (Village GMs will do it).
Tora Senshi aka TS (Tiger Warriors)
A small elite force close to none have ever even heard off. They are experienced and deadly assassins and spies. The only way that they recognize each other is by a chakra tattoo on the back of their hands. (Technique described below) It is unknown who gives them their orders and plans their missions, it is only known that they carry them out at all costs. The size of the group is also unknown, though it is considerably smaller than that of the SnS. The members of this group are often chosen out of the shinobi of the SnS.
