At the end of Guilty Pleasures, do either Anita or Edward mention that they'd properly dispose of Nikolaos' body? If not, in theory, Nikolaos could come back eek twisted

I agree the wicked witch is dead and she ain't comming back. Also in latter books Anita always says that she disposes of Vamps by cutting off thier heads, taking out thier hearts and burring all the pices then all the pices are burnt and the ashes are spread over moving water.

The million year Vamp that Anita ripped his heart out in Circus of the Dammed i think it was him, that he was going to remove all the flesh and boes from JeanClaud and without seperating Heart and Brain, he will stay alive and feel the eternal torture
Remove the heart and they should die, powerful enough and they will slwoly regrow one remove the head, they can still live if powerful enough, but they have no head Remove both, body is dead, heart it dead, brain is attacheed to nothing, so head is dead too

Like she did with the Red Womans Husband in Obsidian Butterfly. Plus, its a hypothetical question, since she does mention disposal in later books...
