After a tiring morning spent outside visiting his many friends, including the nice tree his mother once dated, Nalin found himself to be quite famished. Despite this, he still took time to lurk the Feli House in the hopes of finding a Feli friend to join him during his midday meal, but unfortunately, this search was ultimately unsuccessful.

Thus, he was now in the kitchen, seemingly alone. (Of course, Nalin himself would disagree with that statement, as the refrigerator was quite a pleasant acquaintance of his!) He had carefully removed a variety of ingredients from the various cabinets and was presently in the process of making himself an extremely elegant, gourmet peanut butter and peach jelly sandwich. He carefully measured out equal amounts of both ingredients, worked slowly to make sure they were spread smoothly and evenly, and even spoke to them as he applied them, thanking them for allowing themselves to be jarred and eaten for his humble sake.

Finally, after cutting off the crusts and gently setting them aside (his fish friends adored crusts, and he'd be visiting them shortly, of course, as he did every afternoon), Nalin deemed his sandwich finished. Now all that was left was to eat it!

Passing by the kitchen in an attempt to find her younger brother, Cosmo, a dark colored aquatic feli was somewhat surprised to see a purple colored male speaking happily to what seemed to be jelly and peanut butter! Pausing where she was and peeking her head into the kitchen doorway, Reina couldn't hold back a broad smile. She did not recognise this feli and as she watched, she realised he had not noticed he pause only a few feet behind him. It could have, very well, been her dark colored pelt that hid her in the shadows of the doorway.

As Nalin finished in the preparing of his sandwich, the female cleared her throat and decided this male may have possibly seen her brother. If not, he could have been a new companion the female could converse with. Though she had met a few others recently, none had grown so close to her as she would like. A shy, distant behavior could have been to blame, though Reina knew it was, for the most part, her burden. "Excuse me..?" her voice squeeked, causing her dark cheeks to glow a pale pink, "Have you seen a striped orange feli walk by here?"
