For harmonics my father has me use the metal bars at 5,7 and the 12th fret. I only use them for tuning.
Pinched harmonics? Or just harmonics?

Honestly I have no idea, all I really do is pick the string wether your fingers or a pick but You let off your finger after picking to get 'Ping' sound. If it warbles its not tuned, there are certain sounds to be heard for that, I just cannot come to explain upon words.
Harmonics. Pinched harmonics are much different.

Electric 1 : Fender
Electric2: hand-me-down sounds pretty good for a no name.
Accoustic: Fender


Blues, rock, grunge, starting a small amount of Ensiferum and Neil Young.
Open E Tuning with a slide with drums makes for a good time.
