We have divided them up into categories: D-Class, C-Class, B-Class,A-Class,S-Class, and Not Allowed. The D through S-Class Techniques are all broken into Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu sub-categories within each post. The Now Allowed Techniques are the Techniques that under no circumstance will I let anyone use. A-Class Techniques
A-Class techniques are extremely powerful techniques that only the most elite and dedicated ninja are able to learn. Most of these techniques are considered "forbidden" for useage by any ninja under the rank of Special Jounin or ANBU.
Cost: 20 Chakra, 5 Stamina per use
These are listed in alphabetical order by their Japanese names.
Technique Types
Offensive - The amount of damage caused by the attack is determined by the total amount of chakra used.
Defensive - The amount of damage absorbed by the Technique is determined by the total amount of chakra used.
Supplementary - The duration(in posts) of these Techniques is determined by your Nin/Gen/Taijutsu stat if you're using a Technique to hold/posion/etc someone. In the case of Bushin techniques your Nin/Gen(depending on the Technique type) stat determines how many clones you are able to create at a maximum(take that number and multiply it by 10 for the Tajuu Bushins). In the case of using Gate-based attacks, this determines how many posts the Technique will remain active before shutting off.
Healing - Maximum amount of health replenished by the Technique is determined by the total amount of chakra used in the Technique. You may only heal up to your Nin/Tai/Gen stat in health per post.
Summon - This indicates that the Technique used summons a single animal or a group of animals to the ninja.
Special - These Techniques do exactly what the description of the Technique says they do. (aka they don't fall into just one of the categories above but there's not enough of those kind of techniques to justify a new type)

Ninjutsu
Japanese name: Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
English name: Exploding Shadow Clone Technique
Type: Supplementary
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, the ninja can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out. When used in close combat, without the enemy noticing, this technique can be quite deadly.
Japanese name: Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu
English name: Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique
Type: Supplementary, Healing
Users: Medic Team, Shizune
A very advanced healing technique. Chikatsu Saisei uses a part of the casualty's body as a medium to heal the casualty's wounds. It requires an almost room-wide seal, and a lot of time. Unfortunately, this treatment's success rate isn't very high. This was used on Hyuga Neji durring the Sasuke Retrival Arc.
Japanese name: Chiyute no Jutsu
English name: Healing Hands Technique
Type: Healing
A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair minor physical damage to another person. Depending on the degree of the wound, the ninja must concentrate more of their chakra to repair the damage. However, if the wound is too severe, such as extensive damage to vital organs, broken bones, internal bleeding, or massive external damage, this technique may not be able to help them.
Japanese name: Doton: Doryudan
English name: Earth Release: Earth Dragon Bullet
Type: Offensive
Used in conjunction with Doton: Doryū Taiga (Earth Release: Earth Flowing River), this jutsu creates a likeness of a dragon's head that launches mud balls from its mouth onto the opponent.
Japanese name: Doton: Doryu Taiga
English name: Earth Release: Earth Flow River
Type: Offensive
The user performs a technique that forms a rapid river of mud on the ground beneath the opponent.
Japanese name: Hyouton: Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu
English name: Ice Element: Black Dragon Blizzard
Type: Offensive
This Jutsu fires a blast of chaka from their hand that takes on the form of a black ice dragon with glowing red eyes.
Japanese name: Hyoton: Roga Nadare no Jutsu
English name: Ice Release: Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique)
Type: Offensive
The user creates an avalanche of snow wolves that run towards the opponent.
Japanese name: Kanashibari no jutsu
English name: Body Freeze skill
Type: Supplementary
The ninja claps their hands together into a seal, this technique is used to immobilize enemies. When used this stops them in their tracks.
Japanese name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu
English name: Summoning Technique
Type: Summon
Description: Using a contract, seal, and the users blood, allows the user to summon an animal. The type of the animal is determined by the contract used, and the blood is the 'signature'(Which can be on a scroll, tattoo, etc).
Japanese name: Meisai Gakure no Jutsu
English name: Hiding Camouflage Technique
Type: Supplementary
Users: Taiseki, Yakushi Kabuto (anime only), Kamizuru Clan (anime clan only)
This jutsu renders the user invisible to the naked eye. Abilities such as the Sharingan, and even the Byakugan, can see through it however. Kabuto has used this technique, or perhaps one very similar, in the Shi no Mori (Forest of Death).
Japanese name: Suiton: Suishoha
English name: Water Release: Water Shockwave
Type: Offensive
Users: Nidaime Hokage (anime only)
A large capacity of water is basically created out of nowhere. This water can then be directed at the targeted area.
Japanese name: Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu
English name: Mass Shadow Clone Technique
Type: Supplementary
Unlike the regular Kage bunshin,Tajuu Bushin automatically allows you to create 10 clones with each rank of Ninjutsu you have. The power and chakra of the user is evenly distributed among the clones depending how many there are.(See Below) If this clone recieves a direct hit, it will disappear. This like Kage Bushin is a Forbidden Jutsu but since it's so draining generally only those who possess Demons are capable of doing it.

Like the Kage Bushin this Technique is Hidden Leaf only. Each Country would have their own "version" of the Tajuu Kage Bushin, like the Mass Water Clone Technique, Mass Earth Clone, etc. With the same requirements.

Taijutsu
Japanese name: Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō
English name: Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms
Type: Offensive
Users: Hyūga Neji (anime only)
Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō is an advancement of the Hakke Rokujūyon Shō (Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms). Hakke Hyaku Nijūhachi Shō is first used by Hyūga Neji to protect himself from the Amagumo (Rain of Spiders) released from Kidōmaru's Spider Summoning. Presumably, this technique would strike each of the special 64 Tenketsu (chakra holes) twice when directed at a single, humanoid opponent, an even more devastating blow than the Sixty-Four Palms. The attacks in this technique are clearly executed at a much higher speed than the Sixty-Four Palms, making it even more dangerous. Upon witnessing this technique, Kidōmaru notes the risk of getting hit by the technique and says to himself, "If I take a direct hit from that [the One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms], I'm finished."
Japanese name: Hakkesho Kaiten
English name: Eight Trigram Palms Heavenly Spin
Type: Defensive
A very advanced Taijutsu passed down in the Hyūga main house, it uses a solid amount of chakra expelled from the whole body - as opposed to imprecise bursts from only specific parts of the body, which is the most even your typical Jōnin can manage - to stop any attack in its tracks, then push it back with equal force, making it a very efficient defense and also making it possible to use it as an offense. Despite it being a secret jutsu passed only in the Hyūga main house, Hyūga Neji of the Branch house mastered it without any training or information of the technique from the Main house, but rather discovered the technique himself and trained with his teammate Tenten, a weapons specialist, to perfect it, which is a sure testimony to his genius.
Japanese name: Ura Renge
English name: Primary Lotus
Type: Offensive
This advanced, more destructive version of the Renge requires the opening of at least the Third Gate (Life Gate), with a correspondingly higher cost to the user. Once the third gate is open, the user can then use Ura Renge by launching the target into the air and hiting them with one arm and foot, sending the target crashing into the ground, typically killing them. When Rock Lee used this move, he also opened the Fourth and Fifth Gates to grant him extra strength and speed, however, this is not required to perform Ura Renge.
This may only be taken as a Trademark Technique

Genjutsu
Japanese name: Cancel
English name: Cancel
Type: Defensive
Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user. More powerful Genjutsu techniques(their chakra spent on Illusion is greater than your Cancel ability) can still overcome this techniqe however.
Japanese name: Nemurihane
English name: Feather Sleep
Type: Supplementary
Description: A Genjutsu technique where the ninja targets a mass of people and puts them to sleep. Illusory feathers appear to rain upon them, and they will then fall into a deep slumber. More useful than the simple Nemuri (Sleep) Genjutsu, this technique is still useless in combat, as most superior shinobi know Genjutsu Kai (Genjutsu Release) to counter it, and as it takes quite a lot of focus to target many people.
Japanese Name: Magen: Kyōten Chiten
English name: Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change
Type: Supplementary
Utilizing the copy and counter abilities of the Sharingan, the Uchiha clan member can reverse the Genjutsu casted on them and use it against the original user.
