C-Class Techniques C-Class Techniques are slightly more advanced techniques than D-Class and are displayed by Chuunin or very talented Genin. Cost: 10 Chakra, 5 Stamina per use
These are listed in alphabetical order by their Japanese names.
Technique Types Offensive - The amount of damage caused by the attack is determined by the total amount of chakra used.
Defensive - The amount of damage absorbed by the Technique is determined by the total amount of chakra used.
Supplementary - The duration(in posts) of these Techniques is determined by your Nin/Gen/Taijutsu stat if you're using a Technique to hold/posion/etc someone. In the case of Bushin techniques your Nin/Gen(depending on the Technique type) stat determines how many clones you are able to create at a maximum(take that number and multiply it by 10 for the Tajuu Bushins). In the case of using Gate-based attacks, this determines how many posts the Technique will remain active before shutting off.
Healing - Maximum amount of health replenished by the Technique is determined by the total amount of chakra used in the Technique. You may only heal up to your Nin/Tai/Gen stat in health per post.
Summon - This indicates that the Technique used summons a single animal or a group of animals to the ninja.
Special - These Techniques do exactly what the description of the Technique says they do. (aka they don't fall into just one of the categories above but there's not enough of those kind of techniques to justify a new type)

Ninjutsu
Japanese name: Biransei no Jutsu English name: Poison Gas Technique Type: Damage This Ninjutsu technique creates a cloud of poisonous gas that erupts from the ninja's mouth in a stream. The cloud clears a distance between the ninja and their enemy, as not to capture the ninja himself within it's area of effect. Any enemy caught within its area of effect will succumb to the poison's effects.
English Name: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Technique (CPRT) Type: Medical, Wind
Stat Modification: Medical Nin rolls one 8-sided dice per post. 10 Accumulated successes are needed to stabalize a fallen shinobi within 3 posts of the first use of the Technique. Standard Medical Kits lower the requirement by one per use, Advance Medical Kits lower the requirement by 2 per use.
English Name: Defibrillation Technique Type: Medical, Lightning Using a small amount of their Chakra the Medical shinobi is able to give a small electrical shock to the body of their patient. Proper care must be taken by placing proper Chakra dispersion pads on key Tenketsu points on the patient's body (Pads are found in Medical Kits). Once used this Technique can bring back shinobi that are on the verge of death. Stat Modification: Medical Nin rolls one 8-sided dice per post. 10 Accumulated successes are needed to stabalize a fallen shinobi within 3 posts of the first use of the Technique. Hachimichi no Jutsu (Bee Honey Technique) Name: Hachimichi no Jutsu, literally "Bee Honey Technique" Type: Supplementary Users: Kamizuru Suzumebachi (anime character only) The Kamizuru user summons several bees made out of super sticky honey that, once they come into contact with the opponent, explode and spread all over the enemy's body, making it extremely impossible for the enemy to even move.
Japanese Name: Harichakra English Name: Chakra Needles Type: Offensive Description: A Ninjutsu technique requiring a ninja to be able to use Jyuken. The ninja creates small needles from the tenketsu upon their fingers that are able to slice through things made of chakra, which normally could not be broken.
Japanese name: Hyouton; Hyouro no Jutsu English name: Ice Element: Ice Prison Technique Type: Supplementary This Jutsu creates large blocks of ice that rise out of the ground in sections. These sections if they touch a living being can instantly engulf them and imprison them.

English Name: Intravenous Therapy Technique Type: Medical, Water After properly placing a syringe and needle (from the Medical Kit) into the patient. The Medical shinobi fills the medicine bag (that was only filled with healing powder for easy carrying) with water via Hand Seals.
Japanese name: Kage Kubishibari no Jutsu English name: Shadow Neckbind Type: Supplementary A Ninjutsu technique, which is a variation of the Kagemane no Jutsu (Shadow Copy Technique). The ninja uses Kagemane no Jutsu to trap their enemy and force them to perform the same movements. At this point, all of the rules of the Kagemane still apply. However, after the technique is secured, the attacking ninja can manipulate the shadows into becoming hands, which wrap around the neck of the enemy, strangling them, or even just breaking their neck. This technique is exclusive to the Nara clan.
Japanese Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu English name: Temporary Paralysis Technique Type: Supplementary Users: Orochimaru, All Past and Present ANBU Members This technique is used to cause one's opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. The ANBU members are known especially for this Jutsu.
Japanese name: Kasui Nikudan Sensha English name: Spiked Meat Tank Type: Offensive A Taijutsu technique incorporating the Baika no Jutsu (Multi-size no Jutsu) and a line of kunai wrapped around the ninja's body. Once the ninja's body has become massive, they tuck their arms, legs, and head into their body and become a lumbering ball of spiked meat, capable of tearing an opponent apart. In this state, they can control their speed, direction, and jump while keeping the momentum of a boulder-sized orb of flesh that can tear through practically any obstacle. It takes some skill to use this as the ninja becomes disoriented afterwards. This technique is exclusive to the Akimichi clan.
Japanese name: Katon, Goukakyuu no Jutsu English name: Fire Element; Blazing Fireball Technique Type: Offensive A technique where the user blows a large ball of fire from his mouth.

Japanese name: Shintenshin no Jutsu English name: Mind Body Switch Skill Type: Supplementary Allows the user to send its spirit energy into another body, and control them. The spirit energy travels slowly, and if it misses, it takes a good amount of time to return to the body. Any damage done to the target while the jutsu is in effect, is also done to the users body. Primarily used for spying.
Japanese name: Shunshin no Jutsu English name: Combat Body Flicker Technique Type: Special Users: Hatake Kakashi, Gaara, etc. A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination. Among the many users and villages, various variations of Shunshin no Jutsu exist. Gaara, for instance, uses the so-called "Suna-Shunshin" ("Sand Body Flicker"), which uses sand to cover the user's movement. Other varieties include "Kiri-Shunshin" ("Mist Body Flicker"), "Mizu-Shunshin" ("Water Body Flicker"), and "Konoha-Shunshin" ("Tree Leaf Body Flicker"). See the Grid System Databook for movement information with this Technique. For the Non-Combative version see the D-Class Technique Databook.
Japanese name: Suirou no Jutsu English name: Water Prison Skill Type: Supplementary Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.

Yagami Secret Technique - Journal of Souls [C-Class, Supplementary, Ninjutsu] With this technique the Yagami temporarily binds a scroll to the threads of fate of the person(s) who's name is written on the scroll. The Yagami may write as many names on the scroll as they pleases, but must know the person(s) name and face. If the scroll is destroyed then the binding contract is broken. This may only be used with Soul Rend.
Yagami Secret Technique - Soul Rend [C-Class, Damage, Ninjutsu] After successfully binding the person's fate to the scroll (using the Soul Bind or Soul Journal Technique), the Yagami uses this Technique to execute whatever fate they have written on the scroll for that person(s). The effects of this Technique will befall the victim within 6 minutes of the Techniques completetion (This is done by using an additional Dice). If the scroll is destroyed before the Technique takes affect then it will negate the fate that was written. The Yagami is able to critically injure or torture the victim, but is unable to kill them with this technique.

Taijutsu
Japanese name: Gatsūga English name: Double Piercing Fang Type: Offensive Users: Inuzuka Kiba, Akamaru The user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can also be done alone although it is less effective.
Japanese name: Hakke Rokujuyon Sho English name: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms Type: Offensive, Supplementary Users: Hyūga Neji Hyūga Hinata(Anime only) A very advanced Gentle Fist Style technique, the user must be able to see the Chakra holes (tenketsu, 点穴, "pressure points")) of the opponent and execute it with incredible dexterity and precision in order for it to be effective. In a series of two heavy strikes, followed by two more, followed by four, followed by eight, followed by sixteen, followed by a dazzling thirty-two consecutive pinpoint-precision strikes, this jutsu closes 64 of the 361 tenketsu of the opponent completely. The last of the sixty-four strikes appears to be a blow with the full, open hand, rather than the fingertips of the index and middle fingers. The end result is a victim with disrupted chakra flow, making it very problematic to stay standing up and impossible to execute jutsu, unless an alternate chakra source is available, which is exceedingly rare and has only been demonstrated thus far in people containing a Bijū (Tail Beast). This jutsu is passed down in the Hyūga main house, but it is theoretically possible to figure it out on one's own if one is talented and insightful enough to do so (Hyūga Neji being the only known example).
Japanese name: Kage Buyō, English name: Shadow Leaf Dance Type: Supplementary Users: Rock Lee, Uchiha Sasuke While the target is airborne, the user jumps in such a way as to appear below the target while following a similar trajectory through the air. Since the victim is airborne, he is in a vulnerable position to a more damaging attack such as Omote Renge or Shishi Rendan.
Japanese name: Konoha Daisenpū English name: Leaf Great Whirlwind Type: Offensive Users: Rock Lee A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended targed ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past them and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.
Japanese name: Konoha Senpū English name: Leaf Whirlwind Type: Offensive This Jutsu is mainly a set-up one, and consists of kicking the opponent high into the air, thus leaving them vulnerable to a subsequent more powerful attack (usually Kage Buyō, Shadow of the Dancing Leaf). Gai's version of this attack has chakra around his foot which would make his a C-rank.
Japanese name: Nikudan Hari Sensha English name: Spiked Meat Tank Type: Offensive Users: Akimichi Chōji Basically the same as the Nikudan Sensha, but before beginning the roll, Chōji wraps himself in kunai tied to strings.
Japanese name: Nikudan Sensha English name: Human Juggernaut Type: Offensive Users: Akimichi Chōji Human Juggernaut is a jutsu passed down in the Akimichi clan. The Baika no Jutsu (Art of Expansion) is typically performed beforehand. This jutsu sends the user into a powerful roll, turning them into a ball of destruction?but uses a high amount of food energy.

Genjutsu
Japanese name: Cancel English name: Cancel Type: Defensive Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user. More powerful Genjutsu techniques(their chakra spent on Illusion is greater than your Cancel ability) can still overcome this techniqe however.
Japanese name: Kasumi Jusha no Jutsu English name: Mist Servant Technique Type: Supplementary Users: Mubi, Oboro, Kagari The user creates hundreds of clones that phase in and out of the ground as if they were made of blackish oil-like liquid. The user can then hide the projectiles they throw within the illusory ones that the clones throw at their opponents.
Japanese name: Kori Shinchū no Jutsu English name: Sly Mind Affect Technique Type: Supplementary Kori Shinchū no Jutsu is a Genjutsu which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically because they are unable to reach their desired area by traveling along the same path over and over.
Japanese name: Magen: Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu, English name: Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique Type: Supplementary Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu is a rather sophisticated Genjutsu which changes the appearance of a nearby object or climate.
