"I have two younger brothers, a Gehaka named Ryuu and a Haka named Nikki. Okaa-san insisted that I get a good education, so I am a bit more learned than most Gehaka. He trained me well in the matters of formality, customs, ceremonies, and other such things. As for my likes and dislikes, I'm not sure if I could think of them off the top of my head. But as for my impression of you? You kind of remind me of my Okaa-san; graceful, delicate, but at the same time you have an amazing inner strength," Yuki explained, before laughing softly, idly scratching at his chin. "Yare yare, it seems that I've been ranting..."

A white brow arched delicatly at the mention of being like his Okaa-san. He didn't think he was like anyone's mother. He did let a slight smile grace his lips. He always liked getting compliments; they made him feel like he actually fit in somewhere.
He knew most Haka and Gehaka looked at him because of his unusual colors, it was like that for his brother, as well, but he was a Haka, a high Haka in their house. He ran his hand over his own bracer, feeling the crest with thin fingers. "Hm.. You're not ranting. You're pefectly fine. I would let you know if you ranted or rambled," he explained, his hair once again falling.
He let his green eyes scan once more over the younglings. They weren't nearly as advanced as this Gehaka. And Yuki was a hightly sought after Gehaka; after all, he was handsome, well mannered and seemed to know his place. Perhaps this marriage would be more than a financial benifit. "And your Gehaka sibling, does he come to this dojo to train as well? Is he as learned as you, as polite?" He wanted to know what kind of family he was marrying himself into. After all, one couldn't be to careful when it came to their future. He wasn't worried about the Haka sibling; knowing full well he had a good education and had to be polite by Haka standards.

"Ryuu? He's just recently come of age, but his education is the same as mine. He might not be as good as myself in combat yet, but he is steadily making progress in his training. I think he will make a good husband, once he finds a Haka who's interested in him," Yuki explained, chuckling to himself at the thought of his younger brother. After a moment, however, his own curiousity was piqued.
He couldn't help but wonder what kind of family his fiance had come from. What was the Haka's own Okaa-san like? Was he an only child? At the risk of potentially sounding too curious for his own, Yuki decided to ask about it.
"Donalbain-dono, what about your family? What are they like?"

Donalbain thought about the question serioulsy, trying to sum it up into words. That also helped him remember why he was here to begin with. "I have one Gehaka brother, and he's older. His name is Kor and he's pretty much useless and complains a lot. My Gehaka father, I hardly see as my Haka mother."
That's all he could do, all he could explain for the other. He didn't mind the curiousity, it seemed. He much rather liked Yuki asking him questions. "And that's all I honestly have, the only familiy. Father is away most of the time, doing things for Mother and Mother is in his room all day counting income and paying the servants and odd things like that." He groaned at that thought. He'd have to be like him if Yuki wanted to open shop.
