Anata wa ama desu! bieta o shoojin desu ne!
((doube vouls where I couldn't do in line thing above the letter))

I can make no sense whatsoever of your second sentence. confused
But the first, a little.. an "ama" can either be a nun, a female abalone diver, or flax... but I'm guessing it's "nun" you were implying? Because I have heard that "ama" was also a sort of insult or slang word for prostitute (but I'm pretty sure it was back in the day). neutral
But still.. it's all very weird. What were you trying to say?

((doube vouls where I couldn't do in line thing above the letter)) Bakahito`s First Rule of Fight`n Words: never use polite speach like desu or anata. It kinda takes the kick out of arguing. Try something like this: zurui, koitsu wa (semi-literally "This (********) is a ticky one" omae wa saiyaku da! ("You are (the worst/scum/etc)") Adding in Kansai dailect and reversing the object and subject (see the first example) helps a lot as well
