No, no it really hasn't. Perhaps Kefka is finally getting around to installing a toilet in that giant tower of his. I mean, he's spent several years up there without any sort of facilities. eek

I mean, he's spent several years up there without any sort of facilities. eek He's Kefka. He likes to cause chaos, so I imagine he just had he had his minions toss his feces at the cities, when he was tired of nuking everything with the light of judgment. What can be worse than psychotic clown poo that was hurled from miles up in the air at you, by a behemoth? Megalomaniac running a cofee shop?
