In my other guild, we were talking about the Nintendo Wii, and someone gave this link for a you-tube video of a E3 Wii commercial. So I watched it. And When I saw the scenes for the Zelda game...I was bummed. But not because there was a new one. For that reason, I am so psyched. The Zelda Legacy will live on! But I am bummed because that means I will have to buy one. And I was gonna wait a year or so, so that I could get it at a price I could afford.

So, I'm not completely sure, I have to go see for myself. But apparently, there isn't a new zelda for the Wii system. It's going to be twilight princess. I have to go check. brb...

ok...so, I went to Nintendo.com...and I couldn't find LoZ:TP anywhere in the gamecube section. And, sure enough, I went to check the Wii section, and there it was, listed as one of the games...
I really am pissed off by this. I don't know how to describe the feelings that I am feeling. I found out a good hour and a half ago and I still am pissed. I even cried a little. I had to call my friend and air out, and he had to cheer me up.
I was looking foreward to TP, and I, like many others, have been waiting for it, on reserve, for more than a year. And now that it is going to be for Wii, I will have to wait that much longer just to be able to afford it. crying
But, it does look fun, the controllers look fun to mess with. And I hope it's worth yet more wait. I have to think positively, or else I will go back into a funk.
comment on this? If anyone is left in this guild...

I've checked everywhere I could, and it's true, there will be two^-^
I take back anything I said about nintendo for that stupid rumor. A friend of mine who went to E3 said that she saw the Zelda demo, but wanted to play the Mario Demo, and so she didn't have time to do both...but when she looked at the Zelda one, she said it said something other than "Twilight Princess"... Can anyone update on this info? Is there another one already in the making?
I also heard that the price of the Nintendo Wii was going to be very reasonable. both the price of the Xbox 360 and the Wii is suppose to be clost to the price of the PS3. But since the only thing I know the price of is the Xbox 360, that would mean that the Wii should bee about $200. Another thing that if anyone see's, please post^-^

I got both answers for ya. You're friend probably saw the DS Zelda, Phantom Hourglass. It's a sequel to WW. Unless, of course, it wasn't on the DS. If it was on the Wii, then I have no clue what it could be. Also, what you heard about the price of the Wii is right. It's going to be around $200-$250. Hope I helped ^_^.

Hope I helped ^_^. yup! you helped^-^ yay! see? the Wii shouldn't suck so bad! but I still don't know it I'm gonna wanna get it right when it comes out because I wanna give it a chance to have a mess up, get called back and whatnot, and then get re-released, let them work out all the bugs. You know, like the Xbox, PS2, and stuff like that.

I have more good news for you superkitty!!! Apparently Twilight Princess is rumored to come out sometime between Oct 2nd throught the 25th of November of this year, and I guess phantom hourglass is coming out two weeks after twilight princess is released or something like that. Im not sure about the PH part though.
On the Wii version of twilight princess Navi is suppose to be in it but she isnt really a major character or anything. In fact all she does is help you out with the wii controller thingy.

Well I guess there has been some news posted that the official release date for twilight princess and the price of the Wii will be announced sometime in September or something like that. So I guess thats alright.
Already people are saying the Wii is going to be $250.

From the looks of the commercial, it probably took nintendo quite awhile to come up with that hardware. Wii looks like it's gonna be fun ^^

Heh heh, I've converted nearly all of my friends to Wii-dom, even the diehard Sony fanatics (although that wasn't hard after they learned about the PS3's price).
And a little bit more Sony news: They've recently announced that not only will the console be $600, but the games will range from $60-$100. If you ask me, Sony's just shooting themselves in the foot with the PS3. First, they "adopted" (politically incorrect version: stole) Nintendo's motion sensitive controller idea, announced the price tag that was way too large (hurts them even more because parents would rather buy a $250 Wii than a $600 PS3), and now this. I think Sony's going to regret this in more than one way.
Oops, I guess I went off on another tangent redface . Sorry about that. I just needed to get that off my chest. Does anyone agree with me though? I used to have respect for Sony, even if I don't have any Sony consoles. It seems they're going for the sell out approach and taking advantage of their fans.

Sony went down a couple of notches in my book. Especially when one of the speakers at E3 said that they could sell over a million units without launching any games for it in the first couple of days (or something like that) Confident arn't they xp As for the price of the PS3........well I know I wont be getting a PS3 pretty soon let alone games for it stare crying
