Holy heck, I thought Blade was bloody amazing but this one certainly rocks my socks... right off my damn feet!
I'm only up to episode 20 at the moment but seriously, everything about it is amazing. Wow, it's taken my breath away... but most of all, how sexy is the opening?
It's like a masterpiece... well, to me it seems to be a masterpiece.
... and to think, I've got Kuuga as well and I'm told that's even BETTER! eek

Yeah, I've heard Kuuga is one of the best of the newer breed of Kamen Rider.

Discussion? Let's have the discussion then. ^__^
As it stands, my favourite characters are Shinji Kido, Shuichi Kitaoka and Jun Shibaura. Ren Akiyama comes closely behind those guys.
Shinji seemed to be a little odd throughout the series. He always appeared to have the best intentions in mind but for some reason, nothing would ever seem to work out. Heh, I always found it rather funny and cute whenever he would try to be tough. Whenever Ren would scold him or appear heartless, Shinji would follow suit. So funny. xD
Shuichi was just classic throughout the series as a whole, even though I've still got five episodes left to watch. He had everything from comedy with Shinji and Ren to the dramatics that made Shinji think about throwing it all away. He and Goro were an ultimate team of the sorts... super cool.
Jun, he didn't last long in the series but he left a deep enough impression for me to consider him one of the funnier characters of the show. He thought everything was a game... even when he hacked his way into ORE and made himself the chief. His demise was sad enough... but he deserved it in the end. DX
... and Ren Akiyama, he was a cold little number, wasn't he? So mean and cruel to poor little Shinji. All the boy wanted to do was being friends and Mr. Ren would always be all scowling like an evil thing. Still, some of the best comedic moments involved Ren so I can't fault the character. Together with Shinji and Shuichi, they were the funniest of funny for the Ryuki series.
The only thing I didn't quite understand was the way that the Riders would have to enter and exit through the same 'mirror' surface. If somebody had gone into 'Mirror World' through a certain mirror and then it was smashed... would that mean they'd be trapped in the other dimension forever and ever? :s

If somebody had gone into 'Mirror World' through a certain mirror and then it was smashed... would that mean they'd be trapped in the other dimension forever and ever? :s They actually cover the whole smashing mirror entry points thing in one of the episodes. I won't say what happened though, since it might spoil something for you. As for my favorite Riders from the series, I tend to like the head honcho bad guys just because they're so "i can kick your a** and not even sweat" attitude. Odin is like a god, and the Survive Vents wouldn't even be in the show if he didn't come around. Oja's Combine Vent is just sick, and the fact that he took out two other Riders to get it makes him that much more appealing to me. Ryuga rounds up my top three faves. I like the black with red eyes on his uniform, and you just can't beat his DragVisor's voice. I just wish they put him into the tv series as well. Even if it were for only the last one or two episodes, I would've been satisfied with that.

I was tempted to look into somehow acquiring the 'Episode Final' movie... but if the subs are going to be as bad as the series, I think I might just tough it out and wait for Nihon to finish everything. :s
I must admit though, I do agree that Asakura was total badass. Watching him acquire Metalgelas and Evildiver was quite cool to say the least... and seeing Genocider form for the first time. Heh, that was cool too. cool
Odin was god-mode to the extreme and it was good when Shinji caught him 'off-guard' after having to relive events over and over.
When Ryuki came to it's conclusion, did you feel sad at all? I'm just a total loser when it comes to this so I was feeling really crushed. DX

The Third Man Chances are I probably saw it but didn't pick up on it. The subtitles for my booties were... eh, very bad to say the very least. Nah, you'd probably get the jist whether or not the subtitles were bad. Watch the episodes with Impaler again and you'll see what I mean.

Whoa! I'm this guy?  You are Ouja! Probably the most complex character, you definitely have a violent streak. You live to fight, literally and your erratic behavior labels you as unpredictable and scary as hell. People can't help but get a feeling of dread when you enter the scene and your prescence speaks in volumes.
