They would be from the Suikogaiden games. Gaiden means "side story." However, Konami has yet to bring a translated version of these games overseas. Therefore, I want to cry, because there is no sign that they ever will... crying cry sad cry crying

she pretty much said everything..... and if ya think its an RPG... well it's not.... It's actually a text game and you could change the story through your actions......
if ya wanna know more about it or the story... go to suikosource.com and click on games.... it'll say suikogaiden and all the information is there!

yaa. Granted, I'm still kinda pissed at Suikosource at the moment, so I haven't been over there in a while. When I heard about Suikoden V (from the back cover of the Suikoden Tactics intruction booklet), I wanted to know more about it, so, I checked Suikosource. The main pages had nothing. I couldn't even find anything on Suikoden Tactics. (I found that one in a Gamestop. >.< That's the only way I knew about it. Dammit, Konami needs to advertise their stuff better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Anyway, when I went to the Suikosource forums, there was buttloads of speculation, and that's it. I mean, yeah, I learned more than I had known previously, but I shouldn't have had to revert to the forums. There wasn't even mention of Suikoden V anywhere in the main pages. Now again, this was prolly a few moths ago. But there should have at least been a "Suikoden V announced!" And Tactics and Suikoden V STILL aren't listed under the "Games" section of the site. I just checked. And, on the main page, there is a big gap between posts. It goes from 10-10-05 to 03-24-06. Don't get me wrong, I know bad stuff can happen and not allow people the time to post or update a website, but still... Anyhoo... sorry about venting, considering my rant had nothing to do with Suikogaiden... it just kinda came out... heheheh... >.<

I love reading. If the gaidens ever came over translated, I would have a spaz of happiness! I've seen pics for Suikogaiden Vol. 2 that show Futch! *Huggles chibi Futch* Plus, it's Suikoden. Therefore, I would have to have it. ^_^

I agree with suikosource not being updated enough, they still havnt got any characters from Rhapsodia on the list, for some reason they've put up Suikoden V characters before Rhapsodia, and there are a few characters from S4 missing aswell.
Ever played Suikoden III? Wondered who the hell Nash is? Suikogaiden explains quite a bit about him... It's awesome... Too bad I can't read it.

Yeah it is kind of cool, And I love the opening theme for Suikogaiden Vol.1 From what I figured out after playing the game. Suikogaiden spoilers Nash travels along with sierra (for some reason)... and they go to an inn, and get attacked by vampires, then they escape and go to a town which I "think" might be greenhill and sierra has a big dialouge with some guy who "might" be neclord before he stole the blue moon rune from sierra... It is rather interesting even without knowing what they say...

i think the main reason why suikosource is so outdated is because they're understaffed. suikox is gone now, the webmaster sold his material to this site: Theirstar.comi'm not too happy about it though. sure they have a nice image gallery, but you'll get more info and interesting trivia from suikox and indepth character profiles from suikosource.

Lelluriennian I want to know what's going on with Futch in Suikogaiden... *sigh* WANT TO PLAY!!! Futch is one of my two favorites. Futch and Flik... *huggles them both* Futch... Nash meets up with him I think (?) on the second volume. Him and Humphrey are travelin' along, and they discover some huge a** black dragon is attacking a village. Well they rush over there and what not... and you have the option as Nash to either kill it or... do something else. If you kill it, it dies. Duh. And when you leave Futch is all emo and angsty. And crying. D: But if you let it live, somehow it goes back into the world of the dragons... place. Thing. And if you do that, Futch is all: "Bye Nash! 'Kay, let's go have some scones, Bright!" The End.
