How do you Recycle stuff from the game?

Collect a bunch of the same kind of game and then you see the shopkeepers.
Example: Go to the Durem Depot after collecting a ton of Red Beetles and then click on "Exchange Bugs" under "Talk to Moira" it'll ask you to select your bugs and you can then turn them into ink. You can do it with different game items in different stores.
You can go to Rina for bouquets, Logan for fish and the Hat Rack for head items. I think that's about it.
If it doesn't let you trade them in it probably just means that you don't have enough.
