i lost my vrginaty last night and god i hurt like hell and i fell like s**t i can hardly walk is this normal?

If you're a girl, then it could be that your hymen broke (was there blood?) and/or you were rubbed raw. That could be quite sore for some girls.
If you're a guy... well I'm not too sure on what guy-related problem there might be but it could also be just general rubbed-rawness.
Do you have any other symptoms? For example, if it's pain AND a burning feeling when peeing, it might be an infection.
But if it REALLY hurts, it's not normal. Go see a doctor, some complication might have occurred. I hope you're okay!

What exactly is hurting? Your p***s? Your muscles? If it's the latter then maybe you just strained a muscle when moving during sex. Sometimes one can move very vigorously and not notice how tiring it might be till after.
But in any rate, excess pain is not supposed to happen. I'd say consult a doctor.
