She still needs to be replaced, even if only for the time being. The problem is, I'm not sure who could replace her. On a quick browse through the members, none of the obedient people are active enough for what I'd want a crew member to be.
Suggestions?

The active people are already crew, eh? (Active: Ryan, Kylie and Paige)
So our options are:
Cassie, Mayl, Max, Alex, Luisito and Tabby..?
None of them are really active, so meh. D:
I'll decide once I see more of them here.

Ryan's not too active. He's always browsing around or bumping, so meh.
Uhm...
Cassie: She'd do nicely if she were more active, but she herself admits she can't be bothered posting.
Max: He's gone back to PC, so he's not very active now.
Alex: Been banned twice, and warned by a Gaia mod.
Okay, that leaves Tabby, Mayl, and Luisito. Luisito's still fairly new to all of us, so let's cut him out of the picture for this round. That leaves Mayl and Tabby.
They'd both make fine mods in my opinion. However, Mayl isn't the kind of person I think would be able to use her responsibilities to their full extent without feeling guilty, and I wouldn't want to put that burden on her. So, I'm going with Tabby.

I'll vote Mayl. Three reasons:
1. I've seen her more than Tabby here.
2. She has the capacity to be a good mod.
3. I know her better.
