I went into Spencer's & bough handcuffs...
& no one asked me anything.
But I wanted to get my cartlidge pierced when I was thirteen, they had to have "identification" that I was thirteen.
'tards, Americans are. Handcuffs aren't "technically" sex toys though.

Well, this is true, but I don't think they should have let a 13 year old girl get handcuffs.
