Blame! is a good one, a bit on the slow side, but the art is fantastic. I like Demon Diary because it's really funny. Death Note gets better and better with each volume. And GetBackers is definitly a great value, because there's so much dialogue that one volume can last me a couple solid hours of reading material.
And I have a lot more that I like, but imbar already coverd a lot of those.^^

most of the ones you listed are manga and i like them as well excluding getbackers but only because i don't know much about that title...

That's what I have so far. I read more manga series than watch anime, but if this were a favourite manga thread, my list would be a whole lot longer. My favourite of all of 'em-Most definetely Naruto.
