I've not really had any supernatural experiences... Except while asleep...
5-8 years ago, I was listening to music... My favourite album, as I often did, before going to bed... And it put me in this serene state of mind... And suddenly I had this intense feeling that there was someone at the base of my bed. Only thing was... I was on the top bunk of my bunk bed! I think I may have had an out-of-body experience or something similar...
I've also had several prophetic dreams... Dreams that have come to pass... The first that I recall was when I was in high school. A friend of mine was on an exchange program in Oakland, CA. I had this real weird dream of her... She'd gone to a mall or something, and was outside this shoe store, and they had these running shoes or something... that were advertised to bounce or something like that... And she was dropping them - to test them out. lol
Anyway, I went to school the next day and told my friends... Why, I don't know... I don't normally share my dreams, just every once in a while... But then, 6 months later, our friend came to home, and then one day came to school and told us how she'd gone out somewhere and nike (or some brand...) had these new running shoes and she HAD been dropping them to see how bouncy they were.

had told my friends about said dream... I kinda freaked out a little! And so did my friends! lol
I've had a lot of other dreams about small things in the past... And I get deja vu quite often (I believe because I often forget my dreams... and it's me remembering things from dreams when I see them. I've had deja vu an insane amount on this trip!).
My family, on my Dad's side, is rather... In touch with the other-world... My Dad, he decided to learn Tarot Reading years ago... And he's brilliant at it... He did a reading for a woman at work one time... And congratulated her on her pregnancy - before she'd even told her boyfriend! And my Granny told me this tale of my aunt... She was living alone in an apartment building and each night an old man would come and tuck her in. Then, there was a fire in her apartment building and everything was torched except for her place. My Granny, she's been doing yoga and stuff for years... In search of reaching the next plane... I forget it's name... (there's, like, at least 3... We're on the bottom one)
I feel that given I have this obvious gift, I've an even higher chance of reaching spiritual enlightenment than my Granny ever did (given she was starting from the very basics... While I've had her and my Dad as building blocks).... I'm incredibly gifted at Reading people... Their moods, emotions, etc... Only trouble is, I'm not so great at reading where those emotions are DIRECTED.... Which means I often flinch from angry people, even though I'm not the target of their anger...
Anyways, I'm way gone on, haven't I? lol... Sorry for resurrecting this dead thread... I just thought I'd post! *hehe* *pokes Amanda*
