it has to be clear [the headband.]
then you make little 'Mini Angelic Wings' thingies.
stuffs them with teh cottonz.
then you attach to sides of headband.
VOILA.

It's probably been stated before, but...
I really REALLY want some doll ears!! heart Like a headband/hat thing? It would be so cute!!

A lot of people seem to buy Ragnarok Online hats, though I don't like the game very much. However it has a large fan base and a lot of interesting hats, many of which Gaia has borrowed.

I'd really love to see a fox hat.  It's such an obvious suggestion though so maybe I keep missing it.

I just don't much know how to make the hat particularly "foxy" you know? I'd have to maybe add black to the tips somehow, and that's just a bit difficult and not easily done. ^,^ I have gotten fox suggestions before, hehe. =)

Maybe you could sell some hats for Transgendered people? I could put a thread about it in the LGBT Guild that I mod in ^^;
