Anywho in the two pictures posted earlier, I think the episode with the fannypack killers really made him grow up. He tried to save two people and ended up getting beaten up for it.
I love it how he always pictures things in a 1930-40 style. black, white and red.

i lovers him. I loved his quirkyness when he was just a lab techy and now hes the cool csi guy. i always loved how he made the little jokes and how he was a protected child (like in the episode where he got beat up he told Grissom not to call his parents cuz they were the kind of people to rush him to the hospital for a scratch) and in the episode where he was in trial and they busted him on drinking, when he turned it around on them with his cute geekyness. i was like...I LOVERS HIM!
