So I wasn't in chorus this year because I wanted to do something a little different. My friend who's already in the chorus had been bugging me about signing up all year >.<
I was waiting for Show Choir auditions to come around because it'll be worth PE credits as well as an art, and I finally got to audition last Wednesday
I was nervous as hell, but I did it.
The teacher had me sing a few songs, check my range with the piano, then gave me a little dance to do.
I screwed up the dance just a little, but other than that I did fine.
Results are posted on Monday...really hope I made it.
Just felt like sharing :3

Ya, it made me mad this year for choir, because our choir director stopped doing show choir and is only doing jazz... made me mad... grrr

Our school has a choir like that called "Overtones". I know how nerve-wracking it is. Our tryouts are next Monday. We have to sing Cruxifixus (I don't know if I spelled that right...O_o Wait, I'll go get my music binder....*runs away* *runs back* Nevermind. It's "Crucifixus". I DID spell it wrong...XD). And we also have to sing the song, "And So It Goes". Now, I'm nervous.....
I really hope you make the choir! ^____^

did u make it?!?! they have show choir at my school n i had to auditon last may. around the same time u did. i made it into the intermediate womens choir the Decibelles. i wanted to be in powerhouse though. i LOVE SHOW CHOIR!!!!
