i want to start one at my school. my school is brandnew and i dont think theres ever been a GSA in any of the schools that i have gone to.

My school has a relatively small GSA, I'm going to join next year. Wish that I'd known about it earlier...

my skool has one, i was last year's VP, and we mostly planned for the Day of Silence (((which now, teachers ARENT allowed to participate in))), and this year we are doing alot more in trying to STOP anti-gay/homo-phobic/prejudiced slurs like "that's so gay", "f*****t", and stuff like that, at mi skool we had Diversity Week, which we celebrated the hi skools diversity, and on the last day ((fri)), we had "Club Day" where all of the clubs in the H.s. came out and showed the rest of the skool what we were about, and ya, we usually hold meetings every thurs. @ lunch, and we get shirts each year to wear for Day of Silence, and also, this thing is getting bigger and twice, me and the teacher-leader of GSA have been on TV discussing topics about this, and just talking about student life on campus, im very proud to be able to be a part of this!!! ^_^

I'm just member, but I might go for VP next year because the senoirs were the vice president, president, secretary, etc.
It's cool, we have a no-name calling week, prepare for day of silence, have movie nights with other schools, and check oout stuff that happening and try to attend it. If not we just hang out we're all really close friends.
