I have had the luck of being brought up in a liberal family...and being homschooled...but I'm returning to school for high school...I really have struggled with how to deal with this entire shift in life...I have 4 really accepting friends, 2 of them female...the other one is a guy who I have a secret crush on...but my parents have figured that it was best for my learning to send me back to school...the school is not a reform school but it is right-wing waldorf...I know school all over the country breed homophobia...my class would be 15 or 18 kids...maybe 75 kids, grades 9-12...this could prove to be the biggest challenge of my life, socially and academically...I just need a bit of support cry

Just be brave. Don't let their words hurt you. Threaten to rape them if they continue to bug you. xd

xd Oh gawd. Dont tell him that, you'll get him in trouble.

But yah, just be brave. Conscientrate on school and doing your work. If you think it would be better to stay in the closet, then do so. There is nothing wrong with it if it's for your safety. If you do have any problems, we'll always be here for ya. 3nodding

I do it all the time and I haven't gotten in trouble. But most people at my school loooove me for being gay.

I stand by the saying "a gay mans is a girls best friend" my female friends seem to like me gay better...

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. :[

I'm not sure what advice I can offer you except that I know what you're going through...

Next year, I'm starting high school, as well. And the school i'll be attending only has about...100 kids total. So yeah, I'll be in the same situation as you. More or less.
