Ichibi no Shukaku
Fin Fang Foom
Guilt Hulk
(For this battle, seeing as it took all 3 Hulk personalities to subdue it we will assume it has higher base stats on everything then the Professor Hulk.)
Godzilla
Space Godzilla
Venom-2
The Regis Mark 5
Safer Sephiroth
Bahumat Sid

I might get wierd looks for this. How about the Iron Giant? He seems solid enough. Huge lazers, flight and pretty much in-destruckedable.

The EVA unit 1 could almost be considered a monster considering how it goes out of control sometimes, It would probably get owned though.

Put in the Black 7 star Dragon.?
Add in The Alien space monsters that are used to make God like Space Ships. I forget what anime that was from but there ship could change the Gravidy Field around it.
