Mmkay, so my sister and I were having another one of our weird discussions. XD
Eventually, it lead us to discussing what could be the biggest obstacle between two lovers. She says the hardest thing is when the other person is dead already. (She is in love with our country's national hero, but he's been dead for decades, so....XD)
-ahem- Pardon the insanity.....
If someone from the other life confessed their love to you, and its the real kind of love, the kind most people yearn for, would you be able to live with the fact that that person is a ghost? Let's say only YOU can see and feel him or her, for discussion's sake....

I once actually thought about this subject. I really don't think it would work for me. Emotionally, I need to touch you. Not even like kissing or anything like that, but like, holding hands, or hugging. Its my mind's way of saying the love is really there.
plus, the lust factor would never be saticfied. I mean, eww.

I wouldn't be able to live with it...
Not to beable to feel the warmth of him next to you, just cold air. even though he is there he isn't there. I would be so lownly. To only know you love him and he loves you but can never truly be together. I would kill me slowly.

I have to be touched to feel that the love is there. I mean, it needs to happen periodically to keep me reassured or I'm unable to think straight.

As for me, I suppose I wouldn't mind. I've never been very physical with expressing my emotions anyway. I think that if it really was meant to be, the need for lust or any other such thing would not be so important to me anymore.
