I find that the reason that TK is so hard is that its almost impossible to explain the "Feeling" you emit to manipulate an object to someone who has never experienced it before. Only people who have experienced it before can know what that exact "Feeling" is. Its kinda like explaining the color blue to a man blind since birth.

You dont know energy manipulation(Ki/Chi) becuase the feeling is very simular to moving energy around.

when i was a teen i used to practice it and was actually doing really well i had a dream catcher in the middle of my room that i could get to spin around. but then i stopped and lost the ability. the best i can describe is that you push or pull with you mind it make you head feel kind of heavy when you push hand light when you pull. i believe you also have to imagine it doing what you tell it to do.
