A tip for practicing TK, Practicing at night (like before you go to bed) usually produces better results. (Well at least for me it does.) And I also hear that good iron levels can help with your TK practice.

I can tech a little of atmokinesis, though I'm not entirely sure it'll work, cause lobo found a thing on atmokinesis, and it basically says you must know hydro, pyro, aero, and tons of other crap.... I don't know cause I was born with the power sweatdrop

I don't know cause I was born with the power sweatdrop All those are just different forms of Psychokinesis (Telekinesis) Your basically just influencing various things at the molecular level
