I have an idea for the rp section. How about it has a 'practice' thread for new people to go and try out their rp skills. And then one of the mods or someone older will critique and make it more literate, if it isn't already.

La Tua Cantante...Maybe in the You wanna be a mod/crew... you should put different threads for different parts of the guild. Like for RPing, taking care of advertising... and all that. Just suggesting. ..."Your Singer"

A rpg to help the newbies to learn to use English than chatspeak would
be great.
The layout of the guild should be changed to something more glam or
something exciting.
To draw attention to the guild of course.
