OH MY GOD.

WOODY IS A ***** MY GOD.

As for the rest of the episode...

I was all yay! for Terrence, but then it got dirty and that was not cool. I'm mad that Jackie left without saying goodbye to Wallace, and I'm mad that Terrence practically made her, even though I sort of understand why.

Weevil was awesome, and Cassidy and Mac? Totally cute. But oh boy, Weevil's in deep now.

The Wallace and Veronica moment at the end was so sweet. I hope that somehow they still get together and have fun next season.

Oh man, when Logan testified against his father, I got chills, because it was so upsetting. And when they found him not guilty! AAAAAHH!! IT just can't be possible!

Lucky's death was really sad.

And Veronica has an STD? Did I miss something? Gah, I need to review episodes.

There's so much else I want to say, but I can't think of it right now because I'm still reeling over the fact that Woody is a *****. Eeeesh.

We learned last epiosde that Veronica got chlamydia. From, I guess, Duncan.

You're really reeling over the fact that Woody is a *****? Is it because they went there? Because I was pretty sure that's what the big thing about him was.

Oh, man, I totally knew that they were going to find Aaron not guilty, but it still killed me that it really happened.

I want to know what Jackie's letter said! Damnit~!

Weevil, yay! And Cassidy! And Mac! YAY!

Man, I watched the previews last week and they were all OMG GUN IN SCHOOL. So I thought, God, I bet they're doing that horrible thing where they save the big dramatic stuff for the end and then it was in the beginning. I'm so happy for that.

Also, I was so freaked out when Lucky shot at Wallace!

And then he died. That was sad too. He was just a ******** up kid.

My dad watched the whole episode, yay! He couldn't keep all the characters straight, but about the only show he can is CSI, so not such a big deal.

I was wondering about that. I'd missed part of that episode so that came as a shock. I guess that means Duncan really did sleep with what's-her-face (Charisma Carpenter's character). Logan must have gotten something, too, then.

I loved the Cassidy/Mac stuff. They are so cute and my heart just broke when they fought.

I'm proud of Weevil. He did well. biggrin

I felt so bad for Wallace that he got ditched like that, and I don't understand the good-bye between him and Veronica. With as much as she was e-mailing him when he was up with his father, they shouldn't have that much trouble keeping in touch now that they've left high school. Shame on both of them if they don't.

I also just have to say, ******** A, not guilty? What the hell? The thing that sucks most of all about that is that they can't re-try him, because of double jeopardy. (Though I am hoping he was responsible for the bus crash (even though I know he's not) so he can rot in jail for a good long time.)

It'll be interesting to see what happens with him and Logan.

That really was a great episode.... blaugh

Aaron's verdict: no surprise really, although I was hoping for the guilty thing. Gotta admit though, that prosecutor really sucked!! I was yelling throughout the defence's speech on Keith - speculation!! I mean, really.....

Wallace/Jackie: sickeningly adorable... and why did she just leave him like that? Gotta wonder if she's really gone though.....

Logan: you idiot.

Keith: don't attack defence lawyers! Never a good idea.... rofl

Woody: Not surprised at the creepy factor, just the level of it.

Veronica: Okay, no Stanford. Okay, no guilty verdict. Um.... yeah. Life really sucks for her right now..... stressed

I'm reeling because I wasn't totally expecting the *****. I suppose I'm not good at guessing at what comes next, because I never thought about it.

And yeah, I missed the part last episode where they said she had chlamydia.

Kenscilla? Prindall?

Anyway, even if she did get it from Duncan, it doesn't mean he did anything with Kendall. I mean, we know he had sex with Meg, too, so it could have been from her, even.

They're too cute. They are so totally doomed.

Well, of course they can keep in contact, but it won't be the same. They're being realistic- well, fatalistic, really, because it won't fade if you don't let it. But still, it probably would. I mean, how many of your high school/grade school friends do you still know? As well as you did then?

Can't they retry him if they find new evidence? Or am I wrong about that?

I wasn't surprised that they found him not guilty of murdering Lily, and of statutory rape, but I AM surprised that the prosecution didn't even manage to prove that he attacked Veronica and Keith. I mean, did no one collect evidence? None? Not one tiny bit, even the gas-drenched, flaming fridge box? Did no one document Keith and Veronica's injuries? What the hell?

Run away, Logan! And lock that door! And buy a new lock for it!

I think I probably read too much spec, plus I've always been fairly good at predicting, which is why the Woody-being-a-***** didn't really shock me.

Yeah, it was only a short mention. But it's awesome that they did it. I mean, other than pregnancy, how often does sex ever have REAL consequences on TV? I mean, other than being killed graphically, thanks CSI. And even when they get pregnant, they usually miscarry so they don't have to have a baby AND they don't have to get an abortion.

i love that she loves wallace and her dad enough to stay. heart

this is, what two episodes in a row ending with V crying?

Who are the other two kids? Marcos and Peter? mr. outing-of-all-outings? both dead? both kids on goodman's team? both gay? hmmm.

Beav's not being creepy anymore. i like it.

Congrats, Weevil!

Mac's staying in Neptune? Series regular for season 3? (if it happens)

RIP Jackie and Wallace.

Sucks to V that her STD was brought up in front of the whole court. I'm thinking the STD was a scam made up to make her look like a whore and unreliable witness in court.

And if you've seen the preview for next week: DUNCAN??

I missed like the first 30 some minutes of the episode cause I was asleep. I woke when Veronica was giving her testimony in court, what happened before then?

I like Prindall. I think I'm gonna use that from now on.

But who would Meg have gotten it from? The whole episode with the purity test kept emphasizing that she was a good girl. I thought they also said she was a virgin, too, so Duncan would have been her first, right?

Right.

And then they ruined it with having those kids i.d. him as having attacked Thumper.

I'm thinking fatalistic. The one friend I had that was as important to me as Wallace is supposed to be to Veronica is still my best friend.

Nope, not even with new evidence. The only way they could have retried him was if the case had been dismissed or declared a mistrial for some reason.

That part is a bit weird. Setting fire to someone who was locked in a fridge is not self defense. Also, the paramedics and such would be able to testify that they owner of the house was hit in the back of the head- which doesn't make sense if Keith had attacked Aaron for violating his daughter.
PostPosted: Wed May 03, 2006 11:56 pm

The owner of the house had 'mysteriously disappeared' according to the prosecutor, and they hadn't had a chance to speak with him. I am wondering where the police report went though, since that should have been brought into evidence.

As for the whole gas thing, I'm thinking that the defence could have twisted that evidence around somehow, maybe by suggesting that there was already a lot of it on the ground already or something. Certainly we didn't hear all of Aaron's testimony, or the evidence that was brought in, so that is a possibility.

well, if they found the fridge it could support Aaron with Aaron saying Veronica and Keith locked him in the fridge

Mmm...possibly, but then they'd have to explain why Keith and Veronica had burns while Aaron didn't, and Veronica probably had issues with smoke inhalation, too.

@ Jadedkrystal: That's true. I guess there's not really a way to prove the gas was put there except for maybe the home owner's story. I wonder what exactly happened to him.

I really wish we could have seen the whole trial even as impractical as it would be for a TV show.
