Ok, I've been with my boyfriend for 6 and a half months now. I can safely say we love each other. You all might be like.. mmmkay wtf get on with it... well ok here it comes.
He has this ex girlfriend named Kandace, who is a complete whore. And I get the feeling she wants him back or something because well she's always asking him to take walks when I'm not there, and she's forever trying to catch his attention.
I'm thinking she's jealous of what we have. But the problem is, is that I'm scared she's going to try to manipulate him into loving her again. Mmkay, normally this wouldn't bother me this much... but she is the girl who he lost his virginity to. And THAT bugs me.
Am I being too "cligny" as most people put it? I'm jealous by nature but I'm more jealous than usual this time. I'm afraid it's un-healthy. Does anyone have any tips for me to get rid of this virus called Jealousy?
Thank You

It's understandable to be a bit jealous in a situation like that. The fact of the matter is that girls crave attention, no offense. She's acting like that because she's not getting the attention from him that she used to, and you might be getting jealous because she's trying to steal the attention.
You could either talk with him about it, try to cement things with him that he'd never take her back or what not, or you can just wait it out.

you're right, girls do crave attention I'll admit that. I talked to him about her, and told him what I said above and well he says I shouldn't worry, that they're complete opposites now... but a part of me can't help but worry

neko__san ... but a part of me can't help but worry Of course not, because you love him. I think that it's a normal thing. All you can do is try to not let it get the best of you. He's given you his word and that's all he can do.

T's right. The best you can do is have his word. It's pretty normal to be jealous (I know I get pretty insecure if someone I love even makes a new friend), so don't worry about that too much. I've yet to figure out how to *not* be jealous (except to not get so attached), so if you figure that one out, let me know.
