not to ruin anyone's day here (it's probably inevitable, but i might get lucky rolleyes ), but one basing one's "connection to judaism" on level of activity in a youth group....

And back to youth groups - there is a youth group called bnei akivah here around my neighbourhood that is all for a "holy religious-jewish youth" while they allow the groups to be mixed and interwined in such a way that boys are toutching girls, joking. The whole point of the youth group was to discourage those types of things, and thats what you see there... at least where I live.
