Ayumi wandered for over an hour...again. She just couldn't seem to find her way around this damn school. All the kids were older than her, and at the tender age of eleven, it's hard to make friends.
She fumbled with the keycards and stopped in front of a door. "F-3....Yoshikuni....Ayumi." She released a long sigh after reading the plaque on the door. She slid the card and opened the door, entering the room she noticed how bare it really was.
"This isn't happening. Why would you do this to me mommy? I thought I was being good like you wanted." She dropped her clothes on the chair at the desk and dropped onto the bed clutching the pillow.
"I thought you loved me. I wanted you to love me mommy. I-I-I'm...s-s-sorry...m-mommy." Tears flowed down the girls cheeks as she pressed her face into the pillow, and curled into a ball.

Ayumi rolled over in the bed and stared at the dark ceiling. Had she really slept, or were her eyes closed so long it bacame dark without her noticing. She sat up quickly and her eyes drew to the light of the alarm clock.
"Whoa....nine already. I must have dozed off, it was only seven when I got here."
Ayumi stood up and stretched, she threw her arms quickly to her stomach. Through all her travels today, she had forgotten to eat.
"Well, let me see if I can find the cafeteria, I need to eat something before I starve to death."

Ayumi walked into the room and immediately stripped from her uniform. She walked over to the dresser and found three sets of pajamas neatly folded in a drawer.
She pulled the top over her head, and slipped into the bottoms. "Well, bright and early tomorrow then." Ayumi took a running start and dove into the bed. She pulled the blanket up to her neck and closed her eyes, slowly drifting off to slumberland.

The sounds of people milling about the halls woke Ayumi from her restless sleep. She jumped up from the bed remembering the assembly. "I hope I'm not late, hopefully I can follow someone down there. Everyone has to go, ne?"
She ran into the bathroom and brushed her teeth, washed her face, and pulled her hair back behind her ears. She ran back into the room and threw the uniform back on.
"Hopefully i'll get to sit with Sempai and her friend today. They both seem pretty nice, even if Sempai is a bit bossy."
She grabbed her card keys and entered the hallway, softly closing the door behind her.

Ayumi burst into the room and kicked off her shoes before the door slammed shut. Rushing to her dresser, she pulled out a fresh pair of pajamas, white silk with the Midori crest embroidered onto it.
Quickly stripping herself of the uniform, and slipping into the comfort of the new sleepwear, Ayumi slid her feet into her slippers and made way to the door. Just as she grabbed the handle, a thought ran through her mind and she ran to the closet.
Rilfing through the bag tucked away in the back of the dark storage area, the gurl popped up with a wide grin. "Riko-chan,....gomennassai. I know it was dark in there, ne?" She clutched the stuffed panda bear against her chest and kissed it atop it's plush head. "Don't worry, I won't put you back in there. Let's go meet some friends, shall we?"
Skipping back to the door, Ayumi opened it and made her way back to Miko and Nyas. Hopefully they didn't leave her alone in the hallway.
