Description;
This hermit of sorts has been known to change his outfits randomly. However, last spotted he wore a simple button up shirt of light blue pigment, a red tie, a long deep brown leather jacket, black slacks and black dress shoes.
Notable markings;
~Scar at the base of the chin, believed to be caused by a rogue leaf nin.
~Clean cut hair style, dyed green with brown tips. Spiked upwards.
~Always appears to wear a tassel with markings of the seven major countries and various smaller ninja countries. This tassel is tied to his headband, which is used as a belt. This is believed to allow safe passage between countries.
~Wears a small bell around his neck, as well as a simple chain necklace. No one has been able to determine what is on this necklace.
Notes:
Was last seen two years ago harassing in-training gennin teams around the various countries. Be wary, seems to have an unstable personality.
Crime: War crimes that have been dismissed. All countries are keeping watch.
