Just shiny really. All the tape really is is aluminum foil with a sticky side.

Wow, those wings are really awesome. I would love a pair in human-size, but I know the duct tape bags I make are time consuming, and the wings are way more involved. Props to your patience. wink

I haven't feathered the fronts but I think I'm going to. I'm just worried they'll snag his shirt.

Your wings are lovely. When I read 'duct tape' I had my doubts I've been seeing a lot of poorly done duct tape items, but these are just gorgous. A life-sized pair would be lovely, but I couldn't imagine the work involved! I especially like the metallic ones. ^-^

Yeah, VERY VERY GOOD heart

You know, to change the color you could try dry brushing model paint onto the tape. I mean, if it isnt dull/shiny enough.

I love making things out of duck tape. Have you ever tried weaving with it ? So fun ^_^

tose are AMAZING! i work on these mini toothpick dolls that you make clothes out of embrioder thread and i thought THOSE were frustrating! you must have some patiance!
