I'm open to the idea of AangxKatara, although I'm a Zutara shipper, but now that Toph came into the scene, AangxKatara is starting to slip away. When you think about it, she is more of an older sister than a love interest.

I support AangXKatara loosely, because I'm not passionate to it. but i support it in the since that it means Zutara can never be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUWAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! domokun

I don't like Kataang. Maybe Aang has a crush on Katara, and it would make sense since he probably hasn't even spoken, let alone been friends with, and lived with, too many girls within two years of his age, seeing as he's a monk and all. And Katara seems to be the hot girl of the Avatar world. But I don't think Katara feels that way about Aang. "Aang's a friend, like Momo." Aang is like a cousin. I don't want that sweet, pure relationship to be ruined. Girls just tend to like cool, same-age-or-older boys, not silly, younger boys who haven't started puberty. In fact, it's usually pretty difficult to try to develop a crush on a younger male.
Plus, Kataang just makes me shrivel up inside, for no logical reason. xD
Edit: You know, I think I'm just "biologically obligated" to dislike Kataang and like Zutara. When I watched the premiere, and the gang was on Appa who wouldn't even fly yet, and Aang was looking at Katara, and Katara said "Why are you smiling at me," or something. And Aang said, "Oh. Was I smiling?" I thought to myself, "Pairing up the two opposite gender protagonists that aren't siblings already, are you, Nick? Scoff." But when I saw the preview for "The Waterbending Scroll," they showed the part where Zuko grabbed Katara's wrists and was like, "I'll save you from the pirates," I was just like, "How cute!" ~Le Joy~
I was disappointed when it turned out to be bribary for the Avatar...

I really really really dislike Kataang. It's to...overdone. To simple. Yes, Aang has a crush on Katara. So what? Seems every guy in the Avatar world except her brother does.
Guys like older girls. Girls like older guys. Life is complicated like that. The fact is, Kataang just...I can't see it. They work well as friends, as family even, but not as love interests.

I think it's just the fact that they have to feel superior or something, I dunno. But I think that if AangxKatara was true, eh, I guess Katara would be a bit of a *****, wouldn't she? I don't see a problem with AangXToph, but Toph is going to have to be abit nicer to get Aang's attention. I am sure that Toph will start being nicer to Aang once he is a great Earth bender. She seems to be the type to like guys that are really strong.
