Ritska blinks in surprise at the news about having a sister, not quite sure what to say. She had no problem with that. Actually, having a sibling was cool... but what if Evangaline didn't agree? What if she hated her and tried to get her to leave? In such a case, would she end up right back where she started? Ritska shakes her head at that, knowing her mind was about to go running away with worries if she let it, then smiles and nods as Chidori gets up to leave. "Alright, see you tomorrow" Ritska replies, then finds herself yawning a few moments later and blinking away sleep. ((And same here, I'm done XP ))

Iokomota nods towards Chi as he blows a kiss to her. He notices Ritska's yawn and comments.
"Perhaps we should retire to the rooms it will allow you to sleep in comfort I can assure that muchleast till you decide to decorate..."
Iokomota motions to the side of the springs where he appears holding an elegant silk kimono open for Ritska.

Chidori smiled stopping and slipped on a simple kimono on as she waited for them after hearing her yawn and Iokomotas comment "yes love your tired and need to rest considering the events that took place today"

Ritska blinks, then shakes her head a bit to wake herself up, before nodding quietly. Sleep was sounding better and better to her by the second. Standing up, Ritska stretches again, then looks surprised to see Iokomota jump places, now with a beautiful kimono in hand. It looked to be made of the finest silks. Ritska gapes at it for a few moments, wondering where he'd even gotten it from so quickly, then climbs out of the water. Ritska picks up a towel she'd brought, quickly using it to dry herself off a bit, then steps over to him, marveling down at the kimono for another moment. "Thanks." She tells him, as she turns and slips herself into the kimono, then smiles over her shoulder up at him. "And... I had a lot of fun tonight... so thanks for that too." She adds, then hearing that Chidori was still there, glances over to her as well before nodding. And, now that she recalled, this whole adoption had only been half of the days events. There'd also been dealing with the book of souls this morning, and her decision to accept it. It had felt more like two days today, not one.

Chidori chuckled and held a hand out fro her to grab if she wanted to " come on little one maybe we can get you bed the way you want it before going to sleep... how would you like that?" Chidori smiled looking at Iokomota and her happily content with where her life had turned at the time.

"Well then shall we depart?..."
Iokomota holds his arms open wide and his hands one to each lady in a gesture of knowingly pulling them close to him. He smiles as he does this his smile warm and kindly.

Ritska smiles, taking both of the hands offered to her and glances between Iokomota and Chidori, her emotions welling up so strongly for a moment she couldn't even find herself able to speak, then she nods happily. "Yea, lets go." She replies, then glances to Chidori. It didn't even really bother her, being called little. "And that'd be nice." She adds, before she starts walking with them towards the Hot springs exit.

Just as they were about to step over the entry way to the hotsprings Iokomota pulls both of the ladies close as suddenly they can both feel his icy aura latch onto them holding them next to him as they see their surroundings blur and vanish as they feel like they are being pulled at slightly as if caught in a thorn bush before they are standing outside Iokomota and Chidori's rooms.
"There thats much faster...as neither of you would have made it up the stairs..."

Over a month had passed since Calli and Kenshin had gone their separate ways at the beach. Spring had sprung in that time that had passed. The birds woke her up every morning with their songs. The beautiful cherry blossom trees lining the hot spring entrance were in full bloom. It was absolutely gorgeous. The grass was a vibrant green, the flowers were out, the sun beat down nice and warm. When the wind blew, it was a little chilly, but otherwise the day was nice. Dressed in a light kimono of soft blue and silver flowers, Calli walked along the stone path from the Haven down to the hot springs. Silently, she passed through the arches and went into the women's locker area, changing into a bathrobe, putting her kimono away in a cubby for safekeeping as she then went out into the springs. The area was empty, quiet and peaceful. She could hear birds singing again. Calli stopped at one of the small hot springs and slipped off her robe, revealing a dark blue bikini underneath. Sighing softly, she stepped down into the water, relaxing in the warmth as she soon laid her head back on the stones and shut her eyes, letting her mind drift as she soaked in the hot waters. She didn't want to think about certain things on her mind, so she tried to keep it blank, focusing instead upon her surroundings.

Little did Calli know that Kenshin was under the water, thinking in the corner. Kenshin as he did on a usual basis, was having one of his "episodes", where he would disappear from his business atmosphere in the Haven and Tavern after he was seen turning blue in the face. He was fully immersed in the warmth of the spring water, meditating, when he was disturbed by a slight change in the temperature and felt the familiar presence, one that always raised the hair on his neck, even in temperatures of this height. Calli might not have notice or sensed him since he had grown accustomed to capping his energy presence when he went into the springs to meditate. Kenshin opened his eyes to see a bikini, and a body that he could never forget. Kenshin slowly arose from the water, breaking it's calmness on his side of the spring. Had he not risen, Calli might have eventually swam right into him. Kenshin emerged, soaking wet and blushed at the cheeks from the heat. This afternoon, he had his natural silvery hair, matted to his skull from the water. He'd let his magical guard down extra since his scars were showing. Scars on his chest, forearms, and a few across his shoulders. Long forgotten battle wounds. Golden eyes pierced Calli's body as they scanned up to her face and locked gazes. Kenshin grinned weakly, blinking as if to say, "Hello." Kenshin's light-headed gesture indicated that he'd been under the water in the intense heat for quite some time now. Calli might have been able to tell from how he stood in the water that he was stark naked. Kenshin waited for Calli to speak the first words, hoping he hadn't scared her.

Calli was letting her mind wander, taking in the sounds of the birds singing and flitting about, and the wind in the trees, not really focusing on any one thing. She didn’t realize that anybody was around, certainly not so close as in the water with her. However, hearing the water breaking and rippling with something moving, she blinks, lifting her head, then looks quite shocked to see Kenshin there, at the other end of the pool. She might have thought he had teleported here while she had been resting, but she could tell from the redness in his cheeks that he must have been under for quite a while. She just hadn’t noticed. She felt safe in the haven, and at the springs, and had let her guard down completely. If she had focused, she might have noticed him, though she didn’t know that for sure, since she hadn’t even thought to check. She was a little shocked by her own openness. If he’d been an enemy, she could be dead. She wasn’t used to making such mistakes. For a moment, she just stares at him, obviously caught by surprise and off guard. But, after a moment, she sighed and relaxed, returning the small smile as she felt her heart flutter. She wished she could get over him… but that was as impossible as trying to no longer drink blood. To make the situation even more awkward, she noticed from how he was standing that he was not wearing any swim trunks. Glancing back up to his face, her eyes ran briefly over the scars and took in the silver hair, his natural form, familiar sights preserved by her memories. She’d never be able to forget how he looked, in any one of his appearances. Catching herself staring at him, Calli blinks, then blushes a little focusing back on his golden gaze, trying not to get lost in them. ”Nice day, isn’t it?” She asks, smiling kind of shallowly, trying to make light conversation. Maybe they could be friends again, she hoped. Maybe if they just made small talk, nothing untoward would happen again.

Kenshin wasn't wearing anything because he figured the springs were private, and he owned them anyways. Only his robe could be see neatly folded now, tucked away in a corner barely visible at first glance. As she stared at him, his scars began to slowly fade, becoming less visible. One could take it as his slight withdrawal, but they weren't completely gone. In fact, with every minute that they wasted in silence, they almost breathed, fading in and out curiously. Kenshin's tense body relaxed once he saw no threat and that no one else had accompanied her. His gaze too, seemed rather intense for his usual glances. It seemed Calli was just the sight he'd wanted to set his eyes on. Kenshin really looked like he needed someone to talk to. Deep, somewhere in his gaze, only Calli could make out that he was in pain, emotionally. There was a sadness that pervaded his aura as soon as he was able to think straight-- or have his worries set back in his head. "One could say so...", Kenshin replied, in a low, wavering tone that gave away his feelings clearly, for once. He broke his gaze away to glance in the other direction, a tear pooling in his eye," but the feeling is not mutual at this second." The corner of his mouth twitched slightly as he quickly ducked into the the water once more, coming up this time to his nose, like a crocodile in wait. This masked whatever tears he was about the shed, and gave him the moment to regain his calm. Kenshin looked rather troubled and deep in thought at the moment, never so affixed on a spacey position as he looked now. Though Calli might have been about the Haven, she didn't know what recent occurrences played out. In fact, nearly no one in the Haven realized that Lady Arwen had been gone for a long time, having left hastily into the night.

Calli watched his scars fading away, as he hid them from sight. He needn’t have done that, she had seen them already several times, but she supposed hiding them made him comfortable, as she often tried to hide hers too, whenever she could. As he relaxed, Calli does too, though she doesn’t break her gaze from his. His gaze was more piercing than usual somehow, and it held her eyes. Every time she tried to stay away from him, she began to forget the deep connection they seemed to share, whether they wanted it there or not, and every time they met, it took her by surprise all over again. She had missed him, and was happy to see him again. But… as she gazed deeper into his eyes, she saw something, something she had rarely seen in his gaze. A deep sadness, a horrible pain of the only kind that really affected them. Something horrible must have happened. Hearing his response, the way his voice broke with emotions, she felt his sadness pull at her own heart. For him to show emotion this clearly was equitable to anybody else crying. Immediately, her smile melted into a deep frown of concern. She might have stayed seated, gave him some space… but then she saw a tear forming in his eye. ”Kenshin, what happened?” She asks with deep concern as she rises to her feet and wades across the distance to him, not thinking or caring one bit about the possible awkwardness an outsider might see with his being bare at the moment. She didn’t care if he might draw away from her, or not tell her a think. She just couldn’t turn her back on him. She never could. Reaching him, she puts an arm around his shoulder, sitting down on one of the stones so she was nearer to his current level, and looks into his eyes as he tried to avoid her gaze. She had never seen him look like this. It tore her own heart to pieces to see him in so much emotional pain. Rubbing his back, she kept her gaze on him, and waited for his answer to come. ”Its ok to cry you know… I won’t think any less of you” She tells him quietly, knowing he was trying to hold back.
