Sophie was content: everything was unpacked, her duplex looked just like home (in that it was already overly-cluttered), and she didn't have to start any research yet. She absolutely loved getting memo's that said she didn't have to do any homework: though it was still a mystery as to who wrote it...
Oh well. She kept the note just in case one of the lab workers began to say otherwise.
For now, she could just kill time in any way she pleased: and for Sophie, that meant to doodle. Of course she had brought some how to draw cartoon books with her...she couldn't work on her projext the whole time, could she? Currently, she was flipped to a page with a cute little dancing penguin, all sketched up and contoured for all the stupid people to draw. Meaning, her. One pencil in her hand and one behind her ear, she sketched on a loose sheet of paper, trying to forget what the weird girl had said the previous day.
People just didn't turn into animals, no matter what.

(since nobody seems to be responding I'll respond) Raven was walking outside. It was raining but her instincts wanted to be out and in water. She wasn't wearing shoes so her feet were muddy. She was still only 25%. Raven thought she had an idea what she was turning into because of the rain, the gold skin/ fur and the spots. I'm turning into a bengal cat.... she thought and you know what... the thought didn't bother her, she had never fit in to city life anyways. Raven wished she could have her pets though. Raven was only wearing a shirt and jeans in the rain. She sat down at a porch (your character's house porch) and watched the rain for a bit.
