Excel Saga.
Although the cartoon was always funnier, the manga is always good.

Quoted for partial justice, as the manga is actually better than the anime, in my opinion. It has it's own brand of humour that the anime simply couldn't use.

Love Hina and Hellsing are also good.

I only read one manga, because it's all I have money for($10 a book is way too much) and that's Deathnote. Still, a good manga, I've heard rumors about an anime based on it too.
