Not to sound dense but where's your story? (I want to read it but I can't find it... where do you mean?)EDIT: Never mind! I found it (dense dense dense...). I like it very much. Aiden_Wolfspirit Think I'm missing something too. Sorry, I think 'story' is a bit of a large word for that piece of fiction. It's more of a character piece, looking at the sadness of the Seventh Doctor. i might do a funnier story set during the grahem Williams/Douglas adams era next...

It's an interesting beginning, but it seems to me there's still a whole story yet to tell. You may consider writing one.

I have planned a story for Mai-Kui, which I;m developing. Whether the Doctor will return I don'y know, but you'r right, there is a story, a bigger story...It's been brewing in my head for a while...
Would you like to see more of Mai-Kui though? Is he a good enough character to base a story on?

This short piece doesn't show us enough of Mai-Kui to be able to answer that yet. Right now he is little more than a survivor of what just happened on his world. What did he do during the invasion? How did it change him? This piece is about the Doctor, so you may have to write another little piece, perhaps during the invasion, perhaps after the Doctor is gone & Mai-Kui's people are left to rebuild, to see what Mai-Kui is like.

What a great idea! at the mo I am revising for my GCSEs, but once they're over I can work on my story of Mai-Kui, make him into more of a character.
