I was watching the 1st Season DVD I got from the library, more specifically the 2nd episode. I was watching it and when it had like 10/15 mins left the DVD got messed and froze. I tried cleaning it... it didn't work. So in the episode with the boy who was in a lacross accident and had night terrors and double vision ... what happened in the end after the parents of the boy told House the boy was adopted?!

Turns out he had Measles? (i think, my brother brrowed my DVD set). They treated him successfully and everything was happy (except House, who stayed bitter, much to our delight)

How did they find out he had measles? question

He wasn't vaccinated when he was a baby (like the baby in the clinic) and the measle virus got into his system and hid for 16 years. Finding this out in the uber awesome epiphany that House ALWAYS has, he made the team go through Dan's eye to find the virus and used Intraventricular Interferon to save Dan.

It all ended with a very neat scene of House watching a lacrosse game. ^_^
