I have lotsa cool Ideas for themes but no knowledge to make them! Please help?

I suggest starting off reading through some tutorials. Then, play around with it and ask questions when you don't understand something.

It's a lot of information, but I promise it will make sense if you take your time with it and aren't afraid to experiment.
