I've seen it. It's pretty damned good, but hella depressing (in comparison to the original series). Yes it's in the future (I'm not quite sure how many years though). Oh and there's blood.

Lots of blood twisted (it's like they're trying to compensate for the lack of bloodshed in the original stare )

There's just a couple of flaws/things I didn't like

Character Traits:

1)Ken is far from the Ken we all know and love. He is no longer the kind, compassionate boy next door. He's insane!!! Attempting to find traces of old Ken will be quite futile. Like seriously, his scharacter has totally been scrapped. gonk stressed

2)Nagi is hella sombre. Always sad looking. I mean he had his adorable moments
in the original. Well, never again. mad (Maybe because he hasn't gotten over Tot, perhaps?)

Character Design:

1) Schuldig is going for the metrosexual look-which could be taken either way I suppose. I'm still on the fence about him, even after having watched the series years ago. His eyes are blue too. I can't say I like that because there have been very clever YohxSchu fanfics that have their eyes as the main focus (both of them being green). It just doesn't work when they're blue. stare

2)Crawford looks like Count Chocula. 'nuff said stare

3) Yohji. Does. Not. Have. Long. Hair. I mean seriously his hair is like all gone!! He has the shortest hair of the group.

DAS HELL?! scream

But all in all I liked it. Oh and my fave pairings are:

I can't say I like AyaxOmi at all. Don't hate.
