What will you become?
Story synopsis: Okay, quick version for now. This shop will be based on a story I began with some friends. That story will be available in the shop guild for reading eventually. For now, here is what you need to know.
Located on a remote island, a scientific organization known as CRONUS performs experiments and research to improve crop growth and general nutritional value.
The truth? The crops are a cover-up. The real research is done inside the laboratory, in levels deep beneath the earth's surface. Stark, empty hallways where scientists rush from one experiment to another, scribbling madly on various clipboards, pausing every once in a while as a scream echoes from the walls. Screams of horror...from human and Pokemon alike. It is unsure exactly what CRONUS' intentions are for their "experiments," but this much can be sure...it can't be good.

Teigra Yes, these are RP-required "pets." RP-requirements will not take shape in the form of time-based requirements, like "Post so many times a week," but instead will be based on the idea of "You must RP for your character to grow." Growth requirements will be based on a series of criteria known only by me and the other staff members, but basically I want to see you develop your character's personality.
Characters will begin as either full human or Pokemon and will progress through stages until reaching an anthro stage approximately halfway between the two.
Characters will be available in a number of ways, including but not limited to flatsales and auctions. (There may also be a way to get one by bribing artists... ninja )
Types of Flatsales:
1. Full-custom -- Pokemon and/or Human starter slot with RP-prompt. Post brief character desc. (longer if won) and RP-response. Winner chooses Pokemon species AND human description for our own blending purposes.
2. Semi-custom/Grab bag slots. Applicants answer RP-prompt with their response and brief possible character description. Winner gets either a slot as a human or MAYBE a Pokemon if that can work for this....staff member picks Pokemon or human characteristics to mix with original character.
3. Stock character with RP-prompt. Character is created physically and/or vague personality. Applicants respond to prompt then winner gets pre-made character.

Teigra I WILL be hiring others to help me run the shop eventually, but I don't have an application to fill out just yet. I will definitely need artists, possibly some RP managers. If interested, please post here for now with some art examples of subject matter that would pertain to the shop (Pokemon, humans, or anthros), previous Gaian shop experience, availability, and any other information you think might be of interest to me. 3nodding
