Use firefox... don't use your computers default spyware dectector or even your default virus protector. you might also want to use an external fire wall. Or at least a hub that functuions as said device. That has drasticaly improved our situation on that front.

I normaly use firefox but stuff still gets through every now and then. Don't trust the windows detecter as far as I can throw it.
