Type: Program!?!?!?

Powers: His right hand turns into a sword, actually. Also, he is hypersensitive to any (Non Sentient) electronics. He can live in a computer (Likely making DiZ squee), but he lives primarily in the real world. He also is extreamely sensitive to his PET, which while he can survive without it, it IS a subconcious attachment due to his past life. He's also extreamely sensitive to the earring he wears in this life, as it is his connection to the "real world". However, it seems completely irremoveable. He also adapts to new programs, which he can then use as special powers. (These would be provided by DiZ, however they are much like Battle Chips.) When he is stronger, he can summon small flunkies to pop up and shoot people, lthough HOW he gets these fellows is best unasked.

Personality: Colonel.EXE is almost unnaturally calm, the voice of reason amidst his family. He's a soldier at heart, and a warm and loving brother (to the best of his ability). Colonel has a steel will and a great sense of honour and justice, willing to give his life if needed. He also has slight issues following orders given him--unless, of course, it's a bad judgement call, or an enemy. Generally, however, Colonel is friendly, but not too friendly. His emotions out of battle tend to be witheld.

Past: There are atleast 4 conflicting stories: Anime (Stream), Manga, Game, and Anime (Beast). Due to this his past is patched with info from all the sources while we silently shake a fist at Capcom.

Colonel.EXE was an Amereope navi belonging to the most famous soldier in the Amereoupe military-- Colonel Baryl, the Immortal. Colonel was faithful, obediant, and respectable, and both Op nd Navi frequently helped Rockman deal with Nebula, Nebula Grey, and Dr. Regal. It wasn't until Beast that Wily manipulated both Baryl and Colonel, as well as Colonel's sister navi, Iris, and tried destroying the world with the Super Viruses Faltzer and Greiga. The world was saved-- at the cost of Iris and Colonel destroying themselves.

Present: Arriving at the house, Colonel.EXE would lack Iris, a very major influence on his behaviour since he would attach himself emotionally to Minty, Namine, and Nova to try to fill the voie left with the lack of Iris, although he wouldn't understand his own reasoning, remembering nothing. He would also have an earring on each ear, small, unnoticeable studs that are actually dimensional converters, both of which are the source of his ability to be solid. Whil he would not vanish to the net without them, he would become ethereal, similiar to Constance. As he grows, the earrings will no longer be needed as their programming merges to his systems.

Colonel too, is a very serious boy and understands little of emotion and feeling. The human world is strange to him, and while he is not afraid, he is concerned. Colonel very rarely ventures out alone-- he prefers the company of others, unless a one on one meeting is required or requested. Colonel is often as quiet as DiZ, but commands respect-- intensely. This may well be the reason he eventually commnds a pack of mindless soldier drones.
