About Sakura:

talk2hand Obsessed with Sauske.

xp Sometimes whiney.
In my opinion, I think its Sakura because she sometimes help during missions and she can cheer Naruto and Sauske on.

Bulma built the dragon radar, spaceships, and a time machine.
I think this is in the bag for her.
Include Washu, however, and things turn around.

Bulma is one of the greatest scientists on the Fictional Earth of DBZ if not the Greatest. Sakura is pretty smart too, but she still has a long way to go to be on par with Bulma.

Bulma was a genius at Sakura's age. As an adult, he's an extraordinary genius. Sakura is simply a smart ninja.

Bulma, no doubt about it. She created the Dragon Radar and a lot of other stuff. Also, back at Namek, she found out a way to talk to Master Roshi, all the way back on Earth.
